We are International Safety Training Provider. Our purpose to teach the work permit receiver prerequisite training, as required by GI 2.100, Work Permit System.
Saudi Aramco contractors requesting enrollment in the Saudi Aramco Work Permit Receiver Certification Course must first complete a series of three prerequisite courses:

Hazard Recognition and Control
Lock Out/Tag Out
Confined Space Entry

1. Introduction:

The Permit To Work system (PTWs) authorizes construction, maintenance, inspection or repair activities to be conducted that pose a hazard to personnel,damage to equipment or facilities, disruption of operations or harm to the environment. A work permit is an essential part of a process that determines the hazards associated with a particular activity and the precautions to take so the job can be carried out safely.

  Qualifications and Certification of Work Permit Receiver  

Work permit receivers shall have sufficient knowledge and experience, be capable of recognizing hazards and be competent in the requirements of this instruction.
Work permit receivers shall attend and pass the classroom work permit certification course every two years in order to maintain certification. Work permit receivers shall complete all required prerequisite training and certifications.
Candidates are required to successfully complete the following classroom courses as prerequisites before being allowed to take the Receivers certification course:


Hazard Recognition and Control. (2 Days – 12 Hrs)
Confined Space Entry (1 Day – 06 Hrs)
Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO System)(1 Day – 06 Hrs)& Final Exam

 

What is the responsibility of WPR in Saudi Aramco?

                                  1- Initiating and completing all applicable section of the permit to work.

 2- Supervising the work prescribe in the permit to work to ensure it is conducted in the most efficient manner.

                      3- Notifying the issuer of work progress and completion, and ensuring that the site is returned to a safe and operational state.

How can I get Saudi Aramco approval for safety officer?

 If you want to become safety officer in Aramco, you should have good knowledge of oil and gas projects. First, try to get some knowledge of oil and gas projects. Graduation is compulsory in Saudi Aramco to work as a safety officer. You must also have safety diploma such as OSHA, NEBOSH to work in Aramco.

superintendent, senior safety engineer, safety coordinator, etc.) shall be
fluent in spoken and written English and shall have at least 10 years of
safety experience specific to the contract’s scope of work.
C. Site safety supervisor(s) shall be fluent in spoken and written English and
shall have at least seven years of safety experience specific to the
contract’s scope of work.
D. All field safety officers (whose job title could also be safety inspector,
site safety engineer, safety advisor, safety representative or similar
position) shall be fluent in spoken and written English and have at least
five years of safety experience specific to the contract’s scope of work.
Note: Safety officers with less than five years of safety experience, as
well as clerical, fire watch, confined space standby men, hazardous
materials handlers, etc., shall be excluded from the numbers of safety
staff in Table 4.1. Contractor is advised that additional safety officers
may be necessary based on the risk of the activities to be performed and
as requested by the SAPO
